The truths that actually decide a truck booking, up front instead of buried in a reply.

Minimum
25 guests
That is the private party rule. Neighborhood events run on a different one: 15 participating families or more, served from one common spot for 1 to 2 hours.
Travel
10 miles
Measured from the Exton store. Farther out is often still possible, so send your address and the team confirms pricing and minimums for the distance.
Served in
Cups, not cones
Homemade waffle cones do not survive the heat in the truck, and neither do hot fudge, caramel, or whipped cream. Toppings go right on top.
Cookies
Pre-paid only
Cookies, cookie cake slices, and Doozies ride along when they are arranged and paid for ahead of your event.
Payment
Cards and cash
Most credit cards work on the truck, cash works too, and tipping the driver is welcome but never expected.
Weather
Rain or shine
The truck comes out in almost anything. If driving turns hazardous or the spot cannot be reached, the team reschedules with you.

Booking and minimums

How do I book the truck for a party, wedding, or work event?

Send your event details with the form on this page. Private events need at least 25 people. The team checks availability and sends pricing within 1 to 3 business days. A request is not a confirmed booking until someone follows up.

How do I book the truck for my neighborhood?

Neighborhood events need at least 15 participating families. The truck usually serves for 1 to 2 hours from one common location, such as a cul-de-sac or an overflow lot.

How far does the truck travel?

Private parties run within 10 miles of the Exton store. Events farther out may carry different pricing and minimums, so include your full address and the team will work it out.

How long will the truck stay?

The team estimates the service window from the guest count you provide when you book.

Can you serve more guests than we estimated?

A few extra guests are usually fine. Supplies and timing are planned from your estimate, so a large increase may not be possible when another event follows yours.

What gets served

Do you have cones on the truck?

No. Homemade waffle cones do not hold up in the truck's heat, so ice cream is served in cups.

Do you mix toppings on a slab in the truck?

There is no marble slab on board. The truck serves cups of ice cream and adds toppings on top. Hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream are not available because they do not survive the heat.

Do you provide cups, spoons, napkins, or beverages?

Cups, spoons, and napkins come with the truck. Beverages are not carried.

Do you have cookies on the truck?

Yes, for pre-paid events. Cookies, cookie cake slices, and Doozies can all be arranged ahead of time.

Do I need to pre-order ice cream?

No. Guests order from the selections available at the truck.

Is there a dairy-free choice?

The truck carries one rotating sorbet selection. Flavors change, so ask the server for the flavor of the day.

What about food allergies?

Scoops are shared, so cross-contact is possible. Tell the team in advance about an allergy and the guest can either pre-order from the store or be served first with fresh scoops.

On event day

Do you accept credit cards or cash on the truck?

Yes. The truck accepts most credit cards and cash.

What do you serve at neighborhood and public events?

The truck serves cups of ice cream at neighborhood and public events.

Can I tip the driver?

Yes. Tipping the driver is welcome and entirely up to you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The team makes every effort to bring the truck rain or shine. If driving is hazardous or the location cannot be reached, they will work with you to reschedule for another available date or time.
